THE GEMS CUP 2025

The Gems Cup 2025 was a day of unparalleled elegance and glamour as polo stars converge with our charity for a riveting and purpose filled day.

It was a terrific day which DOUBLED the amount raised in 2024 and we could not be more grateful to all who attended and supported from afar.

This event is not possible without an incredible team who works year round to create this experience.

“CALGARY POLO CLUB LEAGUE GAME” will give you a high level introduction for what is to come!
These athletes have all been playing for many years and are aboard horses who were trained extensively prior to competing.
Viewing this game gives an opportunity to ‘get the hang’ of polo at a pace through which you can really see the ins and outs of this epic sport!
This game will not disappoint!
The “CONSOLATION GAME” will show you what ‘hockey on horseback’ really looks like!
This game will be fast paced, and a true experience of excellence in polo!

Fred Mannix is an Albertan who has contributed to our province in many meaningful ways!
He is also one of the greatest polo players there is!
Fred will ride out and with the assistance of a mic, he will explain the game he loves, do trick shots and showcase some of the amazing skills he’s acquired through polo!

The “CHAMPIONSHIP GAME” will leave you floored.
It is the epitome of sporting prowess, and will be the tournament's highlight match.
